Thinking and acting Biblically presupposes a Biblical literacy on our part. But there is a growing loss of that literacy in the church. As Christians we must continually be drinking deep of the Scriptures.
In coming to the Scriptures, though, we need the presence of the Holy Spirit. We need help to understand and put into practice what we read. We need a mentor and an experienced helper to lead us into a living and growing knowledge of Jesus.
