Pentecost is a greek word meaning fiftieth. In the time of Jesus, and inJudaism today, the day is the feast of weeks or first fruits. In the Book of Acts we are told of the coming of the promised Holy Spirit that occurred and today Christians all over the earth celebrate the coming of the Holy Spirit as Pentecost.
In the conclusion to Pastor Jonathan Evans series, to Fill The Earth, we learn about the promise, the gift, and the person of the Spirit of God – the renewal and filling of our hearts with Him, so we may fill the earth with the presence and image of the living God.
