In the one of the more understated statements of the decade, let’s just say that 2020 has been challenging. As 2021 approaches, are we building our hope on the simple flipping of a calendar year? Are we trusting in the promise of medical breakthroughs or changes in the leadership of of government? What are we hoping in, and hoping for in the coming year?
Our true hope – indeed the only eternal hope for all the world – is in the person of Jesus Christ, who we learn and know and meet through the scriptures, the Word of God. Pastor Jonathan Evans reminds us of the preeminence of Christ in part one of the 2021 Vision Forward.
