The life of a disciple isn’t one of passivity. As Pastor Bill once said, “We don’t say a prayer once and then just sit our keisters in a chair on Sunday mornings”. God calls us and saves us. But He doesn’t teleport us to another world or another planet. We’re still right here. So what then does God want from us? Jesus is calling us – commanding us in fact – to step into the very ministries that He had. We get the privilege of sharing hope to a hopeless world! To proclaim the forgiveness of sins to a world that cancels people entirely. To see captives to demons, to addictions, to selfish desires, set radically free!
