In the prayer Jesus teaches to the disciples in Matthew chapter 6, we see a breathtaking range of God’s knowledge and care detailing the divine will of God being completed on earth and in the heavens down to the daily need for our food. “Give us this day, our daily bread”. How amazing is it that God is mindful of you and I? Not only that he thinks of us, but that he cares even for the bread we need at lunch? Let us bring our hearts to the scriptures together as Pastor Jonathan continues to study the teaching of Jesus on prayer.
