Growing a Big People || Why is Prayer so Hard?

Prayer on the one hand seems simple.  But why does God want us to pray?  What does it accomplish?  What do we say, exactly? How often?  Some traditions pray three times a day, some five.Why, in reality, is it so hard to pray?
